I've had problems trying to switch my number, problems with them charging the wrong amount for texts and they seem to send a lot of unnecessary texts.
General Comments
I've only ever been with Orange, so I can't make a comparison with other networks, but for me it was confusing and seemed to be not-very-well organised. The various tariffs and rewards associated with them seemed to change quite a lot. Overall, I'm not impressed.
