After quoting me an initial price (and using the ' I have to phone my Sales manager to lower the price') I went for Anglian Home Improvements lower offer after a long long meeting.
I then had a long think and decided to cancel during the cool off period. They then phoned me up to ask why and were very abrupt and demanded to know who I went with. I was well within my rights not to oblige and told them so, They immediately turned on me and said things like was I ashamed to tell them. I would never go with them again, purely on that basis.
