Not enough equipment, that is out of date and appears very old. I can never get on the equipment as the gym is over subscribed.
General Comments
We too are in the same position with this Virgin Active Health Clubs diamond membership and are now writing to their headoffice - I think the more people that write to complain they will have to listen to their customers as there is obviously something wrong with this type of membership. I have another 10 months to go. Why can they not send out reminders?
