Royal Mail lost my parcel could not find for wekks ended up ruining a £480 dance costume then not compensating as i did not have origional recipt for the costume?? i was out of pocket for £480 when i was told my suit was cmpensated for £500 i was never ever told i must have the origional recipt to ever make a claim??
never even got my postage back when it was there mistake to start with lol NIGHTMARE!!
