I regularly use See Tickets to buy tickets mainly to see bands at a venue 30 miles away I've never had any problems not even with my give it a name 2008 ticket which was brought several months in advance.
however i do find they are more expensive than ticket web and add on stupidly large "service fees" so a £10 ticket ends up costing me £15, where as buying a ticket from the venue would only cost me £10 or even in the independent music store nearby would cost me £10.50 I don't understand why they charge such fees.
