Good Points

There are none.


Bad Points

Claims processing is long and complicated. They do not cover medication beyond the first dose. They have too many exceptions. Not worth the money!


General Comments

Just got a retriever from a rescue and had him checked out by two different vets for a clean bill of health. About two weeks later he comes down with kennel cough and pneumonia. I had to take him to the emergency vet where he received IV anti-biotics. He had to stay at our vet for an additional 5 days on IV anti-biotics. Pets meds paid for an x-ray and the first night of anit-biotics and that was it!. I paid over $3000 and barely got back $300. I don't think this insurance is worth it, especially after all the hassle to process the claims.
