I had 2 desks, 2 pedestals, 2 bookshelves delivered from Furniture At Work in good condition and within the time stated. Product is fair quality and good value.
A wheel broke and fell of one of the office chairs within a couple of weeks from new. I photographed this and emailed it along with a request to get it sorted under warranty asap. My customer account manager has apparently forwarded all the information to "Customer Services".
Good products and good prices aren't enough without great customer
service. I won't be using them again and I wouldn't recommend them.
