We are very happy with the service received by logocart. We have not received the finalized product yet because we are still tweaking the logo but they have been great about making the changes we requested. I will write another review once the product is finalized and received We just approved the final logo draft and are very excited to receive the final product. But based on what I have seen and experienced so far this is a quality (almost custom) logo for only $39.99. I would recommend this company to other small businesses who are looking to establish their brand without spending a fortune. The only down side was that we didn't receive the first draft of the logo within the 24-48 time frame promised after our funds had cleared the bank which worried us a little. But after emailing the company to ask about the delay they immediately sent a response and followed up with the first draft of the logo. So their customer service made up for the initial delay.
