I went and got a car through Welcome. At first through the first process they were very good, always called when they said they would etc. How ever when i arrived at the Maidstone centre, i found myself in a situation that i felt unable to get out of. They went through all the paper work and made out at first that everything was good, how ever i was given so much information to the point i could not take it all in. They told me to go and choose a car of my choice. So of i went and chose my car but only to be told i was out my price range ( i hadn't even been told what my price range was). I was then left with like 2 cars to choose from. Any how like a stupid person i picked a car. I then was left waiting around for like 2 hours. Then yet again i was filled with so much information, and was even more or less told that i had to take out all the extra insurances, like breakdown cover etc, i was not told that i did not have to take this out. When i arrived home with my paper work ( i did not read them in the centre because i just wanted to get out of there), i noticed the extra insurances had so much interest that it nearly knocked me of my feet, so much interest that it added up to more than what the car was worth. I have since stopped all them with a letter of complaint. I have had non stop problems with the car, my breaks had gone, the handbrake. I WISH I NEVER TOOK OUT THE LOAN ADVICE.
