Files uploaded to webspace are limited to 50Mb each (why?!). More expensive than other providers. I think monthly limits are bit tight by todays standards (especially the 5Gb service) so are not suited for online video rentals, game downloads etc...
General Comments
I've been with Zen Internet just over a year and not once have I lost my internet connection because of faults. Customer service has always replied within a few hours. They've never messed up the billing. Website (especially the customer portal) is excellent. Includes webspace ideal for photos and backups.
An excellent service, but you have to pay a bit more for it.
