General Comments

On Confused.com Zurich Car Insurance showed £250 excess but when I telephoned to book the insurance it was increased to £650 because I was insuring a performance car - I thought I had already entered on Confused.com which type of vehicle I was insuring.
On completion of the process and after they had taken my money I was told that apparently it would be 14 days before I would receive my cover note - I now have a car sat in my garage which I am unable to tax and therefore I am unable to use.
