The Redfern Eurosteam does a great job with out having to use starch and it saves time - lots of time. I've had the iron for a couple of year now and I love it. I can't even think of replacing it with something else. But the customer service I get from Red Fern's Las Vegas not as good as the service I have gotten from Canada. .
