Invitations themselves are lovely


General Comments

I feel I have received very bad customer service from Bride & Groom Direct. Ordered invitations in December 08 and received my e-proof promptly within a week. E-mailed the company at least five times over the following four weeks requesting correction of an error in the proof (my fault) but didn't receive a reply. Tried to phone the 0800 customer service number on several occasions to be held in a queue. Eventually spoke to a member of staff 8 WEEKS after my proofs were issued to talk about correction of my error. The staff member was very helpful and assured me she would issue new proofs, however my order was dispatched the next day without correction, and as a result I am sitting with a box of incorrect invitations. My bank account was debited last week.

Today I have phoned several times to discuss the issue - and I have been waiting six hours for a response, apparently being told repeatedly that "we don't have your paperwork in front of us - we'll call you back".

I would not recommend this company to other customers.
