General Comments
Hardly 'instant access' in my experience. Before I could withdraw money, I needed to ask for a card reader and a card in order to generate a security code for the website.
This is great security - only Tesco Personal Finance didn't tell me that I need this card reader or card until I actually tried to withdraw some money!!
Make sure you ask for a card reader and card when you open the account - this can only be done online.
