I applied Yield Pledge Money Market application in December 2008. It took around 4 weeks for EverBank to set up my account. Finally, EverBank e-mailed me on January 23, 2009 and said they would send the account welcome kit to me within approximately 1 week. Now, 26 days has passed, I still do not have the account welcome kit and check book. I feel that the service I've received from EverBank has been really terrible. I am thinking of closing this account, but I do not even known my account number because I have not receive the account welcome kit.
