Good Points

Long cord lengh so can get round most of the downstairs without having to plug in somewhere else, good suction when filter and cylinder cleaned, but you do have to do this quite often for it to be working at its best. Controls on hose so easy to adjust suction.


Bad Points

Overheats and has to be left to cool down. Heavy which is terrible on the stairs as it doesnt sit on them so you have to hold the hoover whilst trying to hoover. Have to clean filter often to keep at full suction. Rotating head a complete waste of time, doest rotate and doesnt pick anything up.


General Comments

I had my LG VKC902HT for over a year and was really happy with it at first but the rotating head part (which you pay extra for) doesnt work and its really heavy to take around especially upstairs. After a year I was offered insurance by Domestic and General which I took out and I am so glad, the vacuum started overheating and cutting out after only using if for a short time. Domestic and General sent it for repair but after being gone for 6 weeks and then again for another 2 weeks Domestic and General refunded the full purchase price. I wouldnt recommend this vacuum, but if you have one I would recommend taking out any extended insurance offered.
