Good Points

The staff are great, they interact with the patrons, and are happy to return the banter, the food is always edible, and if there is something not to your liking, they are always concerned and offer an alternative.

Bad Points

The ties some of the staff wear are strange! ( Joke)

General Comments

Like some other comments made, the Ancora in Hadleighit is a good family restaurant, where the staff appear genuinely to care for their customers. I for instance requested to purchase one of their pint glasses, and asked for it to be added to the bill, but they supplied it free, and when the glass got broken, they supplied another free as well. Great sense of humour all round.
