I have been waiting for a delivery via this courier since the end of January 09. When I telephoned SMS their response was that they have my parcel, it should have been delivered by now but they could not say why it hadn't. Needless to say I have told the company that I purchased my goods from that this courier was letting them down and that in the future I would not buy from any company that uses SMS Services. I have cancelled my order on principle.
I would rather pay double the amount for my goods and know that I am going to get them delivered on time. How this company has stayed in business so long is beyond me.
