I got this Crosman 2240 pistol a week and a half ago. As soon as I pulled it out of the box I noticed it had a good heft to it. I put co2 in it and started shooting. I noticed it had a nice pop and a little bit of a jump to it. From about 10yards I hit a pop can every time. It goes all the way through a can and then some. It has been cold where I live and im not getting as many shots per co2 canister as I should. But I just hold my hand around the co2 tube. I noticed that once the co2 gets low the power drops off. This is my first co2 gun though so that might happen with all guns. It seems pretty co2 friendly. Even when its cold I get about 40 shots from a co2 canister. I have also shot a few birds with it. Yhe farthest being about 30 yards.
