I have booked my holidays with First Choice for the last 4 years.
I booked my holiday to Morocco 6 of us in total to depart 31st August 2009. I paid the deposit and the rest is due the end of June. However 2 weeks ago I found out that I was pregnant and the baby is due 2 days after our flight home. So I rang First Choice to find out what their policy is on flying when pregnant. I was told that I would not be able to fly. I asked what my options were and I was told that I had to change the dates - as this was not possible so I said that I needed to cancel the holiday - I then found out it would apparently cost me another £800.00 to cancel!! I then explained that I had already payed the deposit and was quite willing to lose this but would not pay another penny, but they didn't seem willing to negotiate with me.
i am disgusted at them and most certainly will not be travelling with them again!
