I ordered flowers from Arena Flowers at luhchtime on 13 Feb for a Valentine's Day delivery in Argentina which their website specifically said they were able to make. It is now 17 Feb and there has been no delivery and although they acknowledge my order cannot tell me where the flowers are or even if they will ever be delivered.

I have made two phone calls with no one able to tell me anything other than "we'll look into it" and an e-mail to their Feedback address, Customer Service and their two directors has elicited ZERO response.
