Bad Points

I've tried several times to ring to let them know my change of address. Can never get through to a customer service agent, it keeps cutting off! Tried to register online so can deal with this but it's not letting me register, tells me to ring up! Aargghhhh


General Comments

For 10p a minute calls you'd think that GE Money could sort out their rubbish phone line. Sick of trying to call them and not being able to get through to a human. Do they actually care about their customers?
