General Comments

I ordered a weight belt that was listed as in stock, not exactly an unusual item for a dive shop. The confirmation email came through immediately and said that dispatch was imminent and an email would be sent if there was a problem. But, a week later the belt hadn ' t arrived and I had received no email. Communication is not difficult and can make a huge difference with online shopping. I had to email them to find the status of my order, they were awaiting stock. There is little point in advertising a large range of items on the web site if they cannot deliver the goods, especially when they state it is in stock! A week after that, I cancelled my order as they still didn ' t have any stock even though it was promised. I drove to the closest dive shop and purchased the belt off the shelf for the same price and got very friendly and helpful service. I will not be using DeepBlueDive.com again but will continue with Oxygene in Cranleigh.
