Bad Points

Bad communication, when you try to claim they have every excuse possible. Quite happy to take your money though.


General Comments

Had a policy for over two years, my daughter dropped her phone, tried to make a claim. Was then sent claims form but received a separate letter to say they never received proof of purchase when the policy was taken out, although I had not been informed of this previously and the comapany were quite happy to take my money. (all paperwork was sent off)

I then had to contact O2 to obtain proof of delivery which did take a couple of chaser phone calls and some time to obtain. Once I had all the documention I sent this to CUSC only to be told my claim had been rejected as you only have 30 days to send back the claims form. This was not mentioned anywhere on the form but in the small print in the policy. After many phonecalls & emails I got nowhere, CUSC refused to mend the phone or return by money.
