Good Points

Easy to use froms and application process


Bad Points

Internet Banking doesn't seem to work for me - can't access the login page.


General Comments

I thought I would be getting a good service with a small, specialised bank, which has been the case up 'til now.
However, trying to use their internet banking service has been a bit of a nightmare - as in it doesn't work for me.
Looks like the old fashioned telephone might have to be used instead!! Argh.
