very disappointing experience, we checked in at 4pm and paid in full, on check in we were informed that the cleaners were still in the room and it was suggested that we go for a pint and a member of staff would fetch us when the room was ready.....nobody came after 2.5 hours . went to reception when we were further informed that our room was sold within the time that we were at the bar - I thought this was completely unacceptable! after a LOT of arguing we received our money back. I truly felt that it was the absolute point blank ignorance on their behalf not even to offer a compromise. I have never been more disappointed as we missed out on our second day of skiing as we had to return home after this incident!
