Dabs seem to have a good selection of products.


Bad Points

I experienced poor customer service from Dabs.


General Comments

Dabs's biggest problem is that they didn't seem to have a good customer service at all. I ordered a LCD TV from them over a week ago. Once ordered they requested for a address confirmation for my credit card, and stated that if it was not received within five days they will cancel the order, so I gave them the details immediately, so that they can progress the order. However two days later I heard nothing more from Dabs, and checking on my Dabs account it was still logged as awaiting address confirmation. I submitted a enquiry about my address confirmation using their 'Chat Service', but received no reply. I submitted my address confirmation details again the next day, but still no progression. A day later I decided to enquire about it again through the chat service, but again to no success. Anyway, I cancelled my order as it became apparent that it was going nowhere, and I didn't want to waste more time. I ended up ordering the TV from another on-line shop instead, and at a cheaper price. Funny enough they only felt like chatting once I had cancelled my order, and along with that they have suddenly started sending me their newsletters! I honestly can't say whether I will order from Dabs again, but for now I'm going avoid. Will Dabs survive the current recession? We'll have to wait and see.
