General Comments

Overall I'm very happy with the service we got from Elephant Car Hire. The man from the company as friendly and helpful and was waiting for us when we got off the plane. The car was in good condition. We'd been told it would either be a Jazz or an Almera saloon; in the event it was the latter. I'd have preferred the Jazz but the Almera was decent enough. I've had companies who promise a Focus and deliver a Kalos so it was nice to actually get what I asked for.

The car didn't suffer from any faults during the holiday. Our return flight was very early but the company was happy for us to leave the keys locked in the car.

I was a bit annoyed that we had to pay for the petrol in the tank rather than returning it at the same level, but this does seem to be pretty standard for most companies these days.

Recommended, would use again.
