The staff at Pontins, Prestatyn were extremely helpful on reception, giving directions to our apartment and general information. We made full use of the pool and diving area. The outside area was kept clean and litter free. I used the fold out bed which I found very comfortable. Carpets and furniture were smelly and dirty. No microwave, toaster or shower. The wardrobes were old fashioned and damaged. The Blue Coats were entertaining and the rest of the staff were very helpful and responded quickly when I reported that we didn't have hot water. The reception staff gave help and information and were happy to help. Unfortunately the furniture, the smell and lack of modern conveniences like a toaster in Pontins, Prestatyn, were a let down.
