Bad Points

After booking 2 cars and travelling for over 20 hours to Florida we received an E Mail whilst on route stating that no cars would be available.


General Comments

We were assured that there would be no problem whatsoever even though the cars were booked at short notice.We were therefore left stranded at Orlando Airport with no transport and as there was 10 in our party including young children it proved very inconvenient as other car hire companies were charging astronomical prices therefore our only alternative was to use local taxis creating extra expense we could have done without.I have not had a satisfactory explanation therefore I feel I should warn others against using this Company.
