General Comments

I went to the Cardiff branch looking for an Audi A3 diesel. Spotted a lovely A3 which was a bargain at £9056. Agreed a deal with my car as part x which I had independently valued at £4500. Was offered £2300 part x and was also informed that the Audi actually costs £10991 and not the price displayed. What made me laugh was that there was a huge advert on the showroom wall boldly proclaiming that they offer the "best Part X prices". What they actually offer you is the estimated auction price. Altogether a very unprofessional and disappointing experience for me.
