Good Points

Friendly Staff, fairly quick to sort out a claim, don't wait too long on the phone to get through.


Bad Points

Had to chase for renewal notice after 2nd year. Apparently it had been posted, but it never arrived.


General Comments

Was rear ended at a roundabout. Car still driveable. Garage couldn't get me a courtesy car for 3 weeks. So it was 3 weeks before car went in for repair. Supplied all details to Admiral Car Insurance who in the main were efficient. Kept getting emails from Albany Assistance on the legal side saying they couldn't trace the other party. This was despite me giving Admiral (and Albany), the type of vehicle that hit me, reg number, company that owned vehicle, company contact number, contact at company! I eventually emailed Albany telling them not to pursue any claim as their had been no complications with repair/courtesy car or any injuries. Admiral are fine, but I wouldn't like to rely on Albany to fight any legal case.
