For some reason, I am no longer able to access my hotmail.com account. My logon fails and says that I have made too many attempts with an incorrect password. Funny, it worked for about 10 years! Now I have spent one week trying to get access to my emails on my hotmail.com account. I have tried reseting the password, but my verification data always seems to fail, even though I know the data to verify the challenge question. So I don't know if someone is hacking my account or if MSN has killed my old hotmail.com account. At any rate, I have had no luck for the past week getting my emails off my hotmail.com account. Worst of all, there seems to be no way for me to actually contact a anyone to reset the account. All I seem to get is automated responses that have been no help with my problem, yet.
