We were due to arrive at Center Parcs, Longleat Forest, on the day of the snow - Fri 6 Feb - Due to high volume entering the park had to queue for 2 horus to get in and then collect our bed linen. Villa already cleaned so no hardship to make up our beds - on Saturday £60 work of vouchers were left for the 'inconvenience'. A lovely gesture as vouchers were to use that weekend and not against a future break as most companies do. Had a wonderful break - Longleat like a winter wonderland. Can't recommend it highly enough.
