Diamond Car Insurance had really poor customer service when I needed to make a claim. My car was sent to an approved repairer that estimated it would take three days to repair it, but kept the car for more than six weeks and refused to provide any updates on why it was taking so long - then when they called me to tell me to collect the car I arrived to find it not finished! I wrote to Diamond to complain and all they did was pass the complaint to the approved repairer, who sent me a ridiculous response saying they'd got my car mixed up with somebody else's as they had two of the same model in for repair at the same time, and that these things happen and they didn't feel I was owed an apology. When I went back to Diamond, they said they considered the complaint dealt with. Wouldn't have insurance with them again.
