On the Presidential MS Nile Commodore I was charged for a double room but given a single which was not fit for purpose, complained to Thomas Cooks several times ,but they didn't seem interested and would not answer any questions relevant to the complaint. no where to put toiletries. Bathroom very basic,Thomas Cooks said I filled in a questionnaire in on the aircraft on the return flight to say all was fine ,which I never did and when asked for a copy they could not produce it ,This was far from a cheap holliday,Thomas cook ignores any letters sent and only replies with standard letters which takes at least 4 weeks, they have no intention of trying to resolve any problem s. I booked to spend my holiday on the Nile President but was put on the nile commodore without notice. Only good points were the food and servie.
