General Comments

Ordered a door on-line, and becasue we were getting it delivered, also ordered another large item, an expensive lawnmower worth £300. Ordered on a Sunday to be delivered the following Saturday, for which i had to pay an additional £5. When the order is placed, there is no confirmation that you have a Saturday delivery, even though you've just paid extra for the priveledge. So I emailed customer services, and checked. They emailed me back to confirm my goods were definitely going to be delivered on the following Saturday. But they give you a huge time range from 7am to 6pm. At 4pm on the Saturday, as there was still no sign of them, I rang customer services, who assured me my delivery would be done before 6pm. At 6pm, it was clear the delivery was not going to happen. I'm really dissatisfied, and I now have to wait until Monday morning to find out what is going on. I'm not confident that they will deliver at all again, as looking at the existing reviews, it seems that delivery of goods is a real issue for them - wish I'd seen these reviews before - If I had, I don't think I would have placed any orders with them.
