I ordered from Moonpig for the first time this Valentines Day. Good selection. It seemed that the website was annoyingly slow and kept crashing, managed to order on the fifth time of asking.
I allowed an extra day for delivery, but card has yet to arrive. Spoke to a customer service rep who by the sound of it gets this all day, due to Moonpig's unreliability, he seemed to read a script where he refused to give a refund.<
