The villa at Center Parcs, Longleat Forest, was extremely dirty and had not been cleaned at all - kitchen bin overflowing, fridges dirty, sharps bin left on the dinning room table - had to strip beds before could make them up. Spent a good 2 hours cleaning - complained but was told there was nothing they could do - but to pop into customer services the next day. We did and saw a manger who apologised but could not guarentee the villa would be cleaned - we mentioned some repairs that needed doing as well. The only reason given was the snow - we had maanged a 3 hour journey to get there !!!! We left early and the villa was not cleaned whilst we were there. We were told we would have to complain to head office if we were not happy. No cleaning staff were available - but they had people going round sticking stickers on cars asking them to be moved back to the car parks, a maintenance man arrived quite promptly, 2 people came round with an apology letter and a few vouchers - personally I would have prefered if the managers had reasigned people to clean. They ruined a three day break for us, as the dirty accomodation it did not feel like a safe environment for our children, we left a day early, and I would not recommend Centre Parcs to anyone.

    I found this review not helpful because... i have been before and the accomodation was spot on!!
    Work in the hospitality industry so know how easy mistakes can be made when very busy!!
