Was attracted to Arena Flowers by their good and easy to navigate website and selection of offers and international delivery. my girlfriend is in the philippines and i wanted to send her flowers for valentines day. they offered this service. easy payment transaction. confirmation of order received quickly. the fact they would send an email when delivery was made was a big plus for arena flowers. FAILURE TO DELIVER! Order placed one week in advance. Delivery window of 10 hours - try telling your girlfriend to stay in all day!
even had recipients mobile to call if they had problems -NOTHING!
My girlfriend's broken heart! irreplacable!!!!!!!!!
Will never use this company again or recommend them to anyone A terrible first experience with arena flowers.

totally ruined Valentines Day for me and my girlfriend.

waiting to see what they will do in way of apology and compensation - probably nothing like normal!
