Bad Points
I experienced very bad customer service
General Comments
i bought a coat as a christmas present in dec,the quality of the material seemed very poor and faulty after only wearing a couple of times.I was told i had to send it back to customer sevices which i did,to be told there was nothing wrong with the material ,and they were doing no more.How could they have tested the coat when they sent it back to me the same day as receiving it ,there was a one day turnaround. I felt their customer service was very poor.My daughter normally buys her clothes from jane norman but not anymore.
