Emirates have mostly very well equipped planes, especially the 737ERs. So much potential - great planes, decent crew, but messing up on most important things - like being on time. Bad points are: 1. There's always a delay. You have a 50% chance of some sort of delay on any one flight. Double that if there's a connection via Dubai.
2. Lounges are packed in Dubai, you have to essentially wait for a seat during peak hours
3. Delayed luggage. Happens far too frequently.
4. Did I mention that flights are always delayed?!
