The only problem i have had with BMI Baby was i was flying back from holland (which i do quite regular) and we had to land at east midlands instead of birmingham. But BMI had a coach outside waiting for us as soon as we landed. Coach was great. brand new comfy. Couldnt of asked for anymore. People expect 5* from a 1* low fare line. If you want the 5* go to another company instead of moaning about a plane company u pay pennies for. You get what you pay for. A well loved old plane. Staff are friendly. Im a worried flyer and seem very at ease flying with bmi.
