General Comments

We are an Israeli group from Israel who came back from a trip to Central America with IBERIA.
We would like to express our disappointment with Iberia as follows:
1. Date - 30 January 2009 - Flight from Costa Rica to Madrid with IB 6134 (Airbus 340):
a. Boarding time - 1 hour delay
b. After boarding - doors closed, all passengers have stayed in the aircraft for two hours without circulated fresh air because one of the flight computers was down. Since it could not be repaired, the flight was canceled and scheduled to the next day (31.1.2009).

Remark: Correct decision to cancel the flight, but very bad treatment of the passengers which suffered without circulated
fresh air and drinks during these two hours - The cabin stewards seem to disappear

2. Date - 31 January 2009 - from Costa Rica to Madrid with
IB 6134 (Airbus 340):
After boarding - doors closed, all passengers have stayed
in the aircraft for 35 minutes without circulated fresh air until the engines started.

3. Date - 1 February 2009 - Flight from Madrid to Tel Aviv with
IB 3572 (Airbus 319):
Too short spacing between the rows (seats). We couldn't sit
normally (legs alongside) and use the folding table.
