The Charlie Brooks, Before and After Workout DVD is really good for losing weight i lost 6 and a half stone in 6 months doing this dvd 5 times a week, along with heathly eating. It really is good and you dont feel like your doing that much hard work. really easy to stick to best DVD i've ever tried and trust me i've tried most. Easy,fun
