Efficient and friendly telephone support. Delivered what they promised.
Bad Points
Protracted and frustrating opening procedure for account.
Not stressed that card reader and associated card and password would be necessary for withdrawals for external banks.
General Comments
All in all very satisfied with Tesco Personal Finance Internet Saver. Excellent rate of interest and although card readers being delayed due to high demand for this account, the money was sent immediately to my bank after completing security questions over phone. As over 10,000 pounds this was delivered in two tranches, and whole amount in my bank within 48 hours.
