***ABOUT NEW LOOK**
New look are a clothes store which sell a large range of ladies clothes and although in many stores they just sell ladies clothes, in some select stores they also have a menswear range, a range for larger sizes and a range for teens.

Their first store was opened back in 1969 in Taunton. In 1994, they had already opened 200 stores including a store which opened in France. In 2003, they opened their huge flagship store in London and they opened stores in the Republic of Ireland.

***THEIR RANGES***
* Tall - Their tall range has been especially selected and proportioned to fit all ladies who are 5ft 7 or taller. They do a range or trousers, skirts, tops & outerwear.
* Maternity - This has been especially designed and adapted to fit perfectly throughout your pregnancy without compromising your size of style. In the maternity range you can buy trousers, Dressers, Skirts, Tops and outer-wear.
* Inspire - This offers up to size 26 clothes and includes all the latest trends and styles, including trousers, dresses, tops, skirts, blouses and outerwear.
* Teens - This range includes everything from trousers and skirts, to jeans swim-wear, under-wear and more.
* Men's - This includes all the obvious items including trousers, Jumpers, Hoodies, Jeans, Shirts, T-Shirts and more.

***NEW LOOK - MAIN CLOTHING**
New look stock a very large range of clothing, which starts from a size 6 and goes up to a size 18. The different clothes/items they stock are:
* Dresses - This is a large range of casual and party/going out dresses, their prices are very reasonable and normally start from around £10 and can cost anything up to £35.00, which is still a great price for a party dress.
* Skirts - They offer a large range of skirts including pencil skirts, bubble skirts and denim skirts. The ranges do obviously vary during different seasons.
* Tops - This includes printed T-Shirts with designs printed onto the front, Fashion tops, Essential Tops such as long sleeved plain coloured tops, Vests, Hoodies & Sweats & Going Out Tops.
* Blouses & Shirts - This includes all the latest colours/patterns and also smarter styles for work.
* Jeans - New Look stock a large range of jeans in different styles and cuts. These include Boot cut, Low Rise, Skinny Flare. Straight Cut & Shorts & Skirts.
* Trousers - This includes smart black trousers, combats and cotton trousers and plain joggers.
* Knitwear - Includes Cardigans & Jumpers in a range of different patterns and styles.
* Outerwear - This includes Coats, Jackets and their leather range which proves to be very popular.
* Tailoring - They also stock a large range of suits including jackets, shirts/blouses, trousers & skirts.
* Footwear - My favourite part of New Look with a large range of boots, going out shoes, flat shoes, party shoes, Boots, Flip Flops, Slippers and more! They also do shoes for people with wider feet as well.
* Accessories - This includes jewellery, Belts, Bags, Scarves & Gloves, Hosiery, Umbrellas and more.
* Lingerie & Nightwear - They have a large lingerie range some of which is designed by Kelly Brook & is very sexy. They also sell nightwear such as sleep sets and robes/gowns.

***THE QUALITY***
I shop in new look regularly and I have never found a fault or problem with an item of clothing from their yet. Some of their going out dresses & tops are made with beautiful material and they look more expensive than what they actually cost. When buying tops from here I have never had any problems with their items.

I regularly buy my work trousers from here, but I always find after the second day of wearing them, they always seem to feel and look a bit bigger until I wash them again. How-ever I have never had any faults or problems with their trousers either.

Their lingerie range is quite big and they normally have offers on the French knickers such as 5 for £10 or they sometimes sell them in packs of 3 or 4. I find that in the lingerie bottoms I always have to go up one size, especially after washing them as their knickers seem to shrink quite a bit and then they end up being too tight!

I have also bought a few bags from here as well, and have also never has problems with faulty or broken handles/zips. The bags I have bought from here I have been very pleased with and have got a lot of use out of their bags before I have needed to buy a new one. I also think compared to some other stores they have a great range and are a lot cheaper than places such as TopShop or Miss Selfridge.

The shoes are very good quality, I shop in here regularly for shoes and boots, which last a very long time and when they need repairing I simply go to the shop in town to get new heels/soles fitted onto the shoes. They always have some great shoes in the sales as well . . This for me is the highlight of the sales . . Shoes!!

***REFUNDS/EXCHANGES***
I can't remember exactly how many days you have to return an item but as long as you do this with proof of purchase and the item in a re-sellable condition they will give you a refund with no problems. I have always found them to be very good when it comes to refunds and exchanges, I have never known them to cause a fuss or refusing to do it.

***MY LOCAL STORE***
My local store is huge with 2 floors. They no longer stock men's-wear like they used to but they so stock the teens and Inspire range. I can't say that I've ever noticed the Maternity range in this branch either but I could be wrong. The store always look fairly tidy, but I find that there is a lack of space to push buggies/push-chairs around, especially when it comes to queuing at the till because they have so many towers and stands with items on that it quite hard to manoeuvre round these stands and other people at the same time. Also the aisle where the till is, isn't very wide either so it's a bit of a squeeze past when someone had a buggy there as well.
In some stores I feel they tend to watch customers more closely and in my experience this can be off putting.

***OVERALL***
You can find a perfect outfit here for any occasion, whether it's a work interview, a lazy, chilled night n with the girls or a night on the town, you will no doubt find something in here with shoes to match. If you manage to grab a lot of bits from the sale it won't cost you a fortune either. You can probably buy a top, trousers & shoes for about £60 - £70, which I think is pretty good.
