Good Points

like the look of the product, leather handle etc and the chose of heat settings. Light to use and did leave thick hair straight. and shiny.


Bad Points

Takes too long to heat up and looses heat very quickly. Ceramic burnt off over a period of months and had to replace after a year as they gave up on me and my daughter. As a christmas present, couldn't take them back, as not too sure of the guarantee of the product. - so they are now in the bin.


General Comments

In general the look of the product is nice top marks there and i thought the ease of use was good, leaving hair straight and shiny. Disappointed at how long it took for the heat to heat up and also didn't retain heat. Ceramic burnt quickly and product only lasted a year - now brough Babyliss pro 230 no comparison which costs the same, after argos discount. Also has a 5 year guarantee. Heats up in less than 30 secs.
