First three days were really hard for me. I've had to put my social life on hold (my choice, but want to avoid temptation).
I do not like the taste of most of the meal replacement shakes and soups (the bars are yummy, but you're only allowed 1 a day)
General Comments
I'm only in my second week, but feel more confident than I have with any other program. I lost 4ib in the first 2 days and a total of 7lb in the first 7 days. I'll submit another review when i'm further along the program.
Support group is fantastic, small groups (mine is 6) it's the same six people each week so you get to know them really well and help each other along.
My counsellor is fantasic and there is also a mid wekk drop in, so you can pop along if you are struggling oe just need a chat or some motivation.
I find I am NOT hungry at all on this diet as I'm not consuming many carbs. I have found this the most amazing aspect.
