General Comments

The Platinum Prestige Travel driver apparently went 2 minutes over the time we hired up till on our wedding day and asked for an extra £150 to take us any further we refused as we were only about half a mile away from our house i even offered to pay a bit less. I also had my six year old daughter in the car with me and we had to get out and phone somebody to pick us up on the street with my new wife in her wedding dress at a packed bus stop. I thought it was bad on their part. We paid £850 for the car that day and I feel that we were let down by our experience.

    I also used this company and experienced the same service on my wedding day. Extremely bad customer service!!!
